The gentleman was thorough, professional and took the time to explain the problem and several solutions. He did not make us feel hopeless in the 110 degrees heat. Outstanding Customer Service
I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and have had the pleasure to have Benito work on my AC/Heating units. In those couple of years, he has fixed both of our units, install our new thermostats, did preventative maintenance, made himself available for urgent requests when one of the units go down, and worked with my family to ensure the longetivity of the units as they are both quite old. Benito is very professional on how he conducts his business. The cost is fair and never once felt like I was over paying for the service. I definitely recommend this business.

Knowledgeable Technicians
Benito was very thorough in his assessment of my AC. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and how he resolved it. I was pleased to hear an answer that made sense, for another company told me that the issue with my AC was that newer units (mine was installed in 2020) require a particular Freon that isn’t effective when it’s hotter than 103 degrees outside. My Freon was fine, and it’s satisfying to know that I won’t have to “get new ductwork” and spend thousands for an oversight. Benito saved the day.
